Aji Rocoto Chilli Salt coming up. Our gardeners grew some more of these bad boys, the only chilli to have black seeds, they originate from Peru.
1 aji rocoto chilli pepper or 2 jalapenos - stem discarded and chilli cut in half.
half cup of sea salt.
Simply dehydrate them overnight in a dehydrator or in the oven at 110c for 4 hours, grind up in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle with the sea salt. Perfect salt for tacos, steak, chicken, salads, fish, vegies, cornflakes 😁 #ajirocoto #tacoelgordo #tacosarelife
