Crab & Cistus Salad

#tbt 3 years ago foraging the garden for a tasting night, and conjured up a Crab & Cistus salad 😲. Lightly poached kohlrabi 2mm thick discs, layered with cistus flower, crab, roasted iow tomato and dressed with a nasturtium/lemon oil to wake it up a notch with that punch in the mouth zingy flavour.

*By poaching the kohlrabi in a little fish stock, it makes the disc clear so you can see through it.
