Hustlemode...ON 👨‍🍳🔪🤙

Two years ago i had the challenge of creating 5 tasting nights with 6 different courses on each menu, all vegan🥺! To my surpise they were a success and roughly 9 out of 10 diners enjoyed it "or they were just being nice"🤔. Now, i am writing recipes for two well established vegan magazines and have published a cookbook!
